The Dan Rufolo Trio joins tenor sax legend Rich Perry, and trumpeter Nathan Eklund in a project presenting new material to the Kickstarter community to raise money for our second album, "Laughter". After performances at some of the premier jazz clubs in New York/New Jersey, the trio has built a reputation of creating a musical environment where all ideas are valuable. 

With the support of a loyal following, and help from Kickstarter, we plan on using the funds for album production. (Recording, mixing, artwork, duplication, featured musician compensation). In addition to having the recording released, the trio hopes that its musical statement will set an example, and promote an interest in the creation, and listening of original jazz music.
